Shipping Policy
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding major U.S. holidays.
To ensure same-day processing, all orders must be received by 9:00 AM PST. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
Please note: All delivery times are estimated unless explicitly stated as guaranteed by the carrier.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Xtreme Inks is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been handed off for shipment. In the event of a delay or damage, a claim must be filed with the carrier for resolution.
If you need your order delivered by a specific date or urgently, we strongly recommend contacting us after placing your order to confirm availability of express shipping options.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xtremeinks.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened items. This policy ensures the safety of our artists and their clients.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have any questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest method is to return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the correct product after your return is approved.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 1–2 business days of receipt), we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note:
- It may take 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
