Are Xtreme Inks REACH Compliant?

Yes. In 2022, we launched our REACH-compliant line of inks called Xtreme RC to meet the latest European safety regulations.


Are Xtreme Inks Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Absolutely. Xtreme Inks has never tested on animals or commissioned animal testing of any kind. We use vegan-friendly vegetable glycerin and source only clean, ethical ingredients.

How Do I Verify My Xtreme Ink Bottles Are Genuine?

When Will My Order Ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM PST ship the same business day.

Please note:

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days
  • For urgent orders, contact us before placing your order

Note: Shipping guarantees are provided by the carrier. Any refund claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

We’re proud to call Santa Monica, California our home base—and we have authorized distributors around the world.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit cards
  • PayPal

Currently, we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.


What’s Your Return Policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened and undamaged inks.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept opened products.


Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

Yes—as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
Please email or call us as soon as possible to make changes or cancel.


I Live Outside the U.S.—Can I Still Order?

Absolutely. Check our distributor list for local partners.
No distributor nearby? You can order directly from our website or contact your preferred supplier and ask them to stock Xtreme Inks.


How Does Customs Work for International Orders?

All international orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. You will be responsible for import duties, customs charges, and taxes upon delivery. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Note: If your shipment is returned, we can’t refund the shipping cost, and reshipping will be at your expense.


I Received the Wrong or Damaged Items—What Now?

Contact us immediately via phone or email.

  • For damaged items: Please send clear photos and a list of affected items to info@xtremeinks.com
  • For incorrect items: Have your order details ready so we can fix it fast.

Is Xtreme Ink Safe for All Skin Types?

Yes. Our inks are formulated with safety in mind and undergo rigorous testing to meet industry standards. However, we always recommend a patch test for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies.


Do Xtreme Inks Work With All Tattoo Machines?

Absolutely. Xtreme Inks are engineered to flow smoothly and consistently through all coil and rotary machines, including pen-style machines. Our consistency helps prevent clogging and allows for precision work.


Can I Mix Xtreme Ink With Other Brands?

While technically possible, we don’t recommend mixing Xtreme Inks with other brands. Our inks are precisely formulated to maintain consistency, pigment saturation, and safety when used alone.


What’s the Shelf Life of Xtreme Ink?

Xtreme Ink bottles have a shelf life of up to 3 years when stored properly.
To extend longevity:

  • Keep bottles sealed tightly
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
  • Shake well before use

Do You Sell Ink Sets or Bundles?

Yes! We offer a variety of color sets tailored for specific styles and preferences—such as portrait packs, traditional sets, and REACH-compliant bundles.


Are Xtreme Inks Easy to Remove During Healing?

Yes. Thanks to our ultra-clean formula, Xtreme Inks are known for low trauma, minimal scabbing, and easy wipe-away during and after tattooing. This allows the skin to heal better and keeps the artist's stencil crisp.


Do You Offer Sponsorships or Pro Team Memberships?

Yes, we support a global team of talented artists through our Xtreme Pro Team.
If you’re interested in sponsorship, visit our Pro Team page or reach out via email with your portfolio and social media handles.


Can I Track My Order After Purchase?

Definitely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package in real-time through USPS or UPS, depending on your shipping method.


What if My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

We’re here to help—but please note that once a package is marked as delivered, it's the customer's responsibility. If your order is lost in transit, contact us right away. We'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.


Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?

Yes, we do. If you’re a tattoo studio, distributor, or supply company, we offer competitive wholesale pricing. Please contact us with your business information and volume estimates to get started.

Are Xtreme Inks Made in the USA?

Yes. All Xtreme Inks are manufactured in the United States, under strict quality control guidelines. Our facility in California ensures consistency, safety, and compliance with the highest industry standards.


Do Your Inks Contain Heavy Metals?

No. Our inks are formulated without harmful heavy metals. Each batch is tested to ensure it meets both U.S. and international safety standards, including REACH regulations for the EU market.


Are Your Inks Organic or Synthetic?

Xtreme Inks are crafted using a blend of high-performance organic and synthetic pigments, selected for their safety, longevity, and vibrant color retention.


Do Xtreme Inks Heal True to Color?

Yes. What you see is what you get. Thanks to our stable pigment base and ultra-pure formulation, Xtreme Inks heal with minimal color loss. Artists worldwide trust our inks for predictable, long-lasting results.


Can I Use Xtreme Ink for Permanent Makeup (PMU)?

No. Xtreme Inks are formulated specifically for body tattoos and are not intended for cosmetic tattooing or PMU. If you're looking for PMU-specific pigments, please use a brand formulated for facial and cosmetic procedures.


Are Xtreme Inks Approved for Use in the EU?

Yes—but only the Xtreme RC (REACH Compliant) line is approved for use in the EU. Our RC inks were developed to comply with EU Regulation (EU) 2020/2081, which regulates tattoo inks and permanent makeup pigments.


Do I Need to Shake the Bottles Before Use?

Yes. Always shake your ink bottles thoroughly before each use. This ensures the pigments are evenly distributed, providing consistent results throughout the tattooing process.


Do Xtreme Inks Expire?

Yes. All inks have an expiration date printed on the bottle. After this date, we recommend discontinuing use to ensure the safety and integrity of the pigment. Always store ink in a clean, controlled environment.


Are Your Inks Compatible With Cartridge Systems?

Absolutely. Xtreme Inks are fully compatible with standard cartridge systems, making them ideal for modern rotary and pen-style machines. Our formula flows smoothly and reliably in all setups.


Can I Use Xtreme Ink in Tattoo Conventions or Competitions?

Yes—and we encourage it. Artists worldwide trust Xtreme Inks in live demos, competitions, and on-stage sessions. If you’re attending an event and need support, reach out—we may even sponsor your next appearance.
