ARE XTREME INKS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
Xtreme inks has never conducted or commissioned any tests on animals and we promise we will never do so in the future. Our products are organic and we only use vegan-friendly vegetable glycerin.
WHAT MAKES XTREME TATTOO INK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?
Xtreme inks has created a whole new type of ink. We have removed all harmful/unnecessary ingredients found in traditional inks and through 10+ years of testing we have perfected each and every color in our product line. Consistency is also the best in the industry due to our large batch productions, state-of the-art facilities and team of experts who QC each step of the production process.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are opened Monday to Friday, and closed all major holidays.
All order have to be placed before 8am PST to be shipped the same day.
(Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered a business day, if you need more accurate delivery time please contact us prior to ordering)

We are based in sunny California and we have distributors all over the world.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal. Unfortunately we do cannot accept CODs for the time being.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14 day return policy on our inks. Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept inks that have not been opened/damaged.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
As long as the order has not been fulfilled you can change/cancel your order. Please contact us via email or phone to make any changes.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please check out our distributor section for distributors in or near your country. If there isn’t one yet keep asking your distributors to stock Xtreme Inks or you can purchase directly from your nearest distributor or directly from this website.
HOW DOES CUSTOMS WORK FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
If you order from our site you we will most likely send the order from our US warehouse. You will be liable for import duties, customs and taxes incurred upon arrival. These costs are different for each country so please check with local authorities if you are unsure about ordering products from our site. If a shipment is returned to Xtreme, we cannot refund shipping fees and you will be responsible for any costs to resend shipment.
I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us right away by phone or email. If the goods were damaged please send pictures and a list of damaged goods to email@example.com. If you received the wrong items please email us a list of items that were sent incorrectly or have a list ready when you call so we can get fix your order right away.
HOW DO I GET A NEW PASSWORD?
